Intro to Hot/Cold Therapy Class
If you’re brand new to Hot/Cold Therapy, we recommend you start with the Intro to Hot/Cold Therapy class.
In this class, you will learn all the benefits of hot/cold therapy, how to take advantage of them to meet your health and wellness goals, receive personalized breath coaching to ensure a peaceful experience, and experience two (2) rounds of hot/cold therapy.
Allow 2 hours for the full class, and bring a bathing suit and a comfy change of clothes.

Hot/Cold Therapy Drop In Appointments
Once you’ve taken the class or are already familiar with Hot/Cold Therapy, feel free to book a Hot/Cold Therapy Drop In Appointment.
Drop In Appointments are available when a Wellness Coach is on site to offer guidance and assistance if needed. We provide the equipment, you choose your hot/cold protocol.
Appointments are an hour long. Bring a bathing suit and a comfy change of clothes.
$45 per person
