In search of a quick mental reset? Feeling particularly sore after that last workout? Our Plunge Only Drop In Appointments are perfect for you!

Appointments are available when a Wellness Coach is on site to offer guidance and support if needed. We recommend having had previous cold plunge experience. Regular cold showers count! Be in and out and on your way in less than 15 minutes.

Appointments are 15 minutes in length. Bring your bathing suit and a comfy change of clothes.
